Monday–Friday | 4am–5am start | 10-hour shifts
New pass Drivers considered!
Pay & Benefits
- £16.00 per hour (paid weekly, every Friday)
- Overtime after 40 hours: £21.75 per hour

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Skip Relief Driver to support operations in Quarrington (NG34).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and operate skip loaders and RoRo vehicles
- Deliver and collect skips from domestic and commercial sites
- Ensure safe loading, unloading, and secure transportation
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
- Follow all road safety and compliance regulations
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
About You
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC card and Digital Tachograph card (essential)
- Previous experience in skip or RoRo operations (preferred)
- Background in waste/recycling (advantageous)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work outdoors in all weather
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
