We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Support to join a small team based in Laindon, Essex. We are looking for somebody who can work quickly and accurately, with good communication skills and a clear and confident telephone manner.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day support to the Sales & Marketing Manager whom you will report to.
Daily tasks may include:
- Contacting current customers to find out if they have any requirements
- Sending and chasing up quotations with customers
- Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day account management activities
- Building strong relationships with existing customers
- Identifying potential opportunities to generate new business.
- Updating the CRM system
- Answering the telephone and replying to emails
- Maintaining/managing selected customer accounts
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager with all other general administrative tasks
Working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, with a daily one-hour lunch break. Friday is 9:00am start with a 30-minute lunch break and finish at 5:00pm. This position requires full time attendance at the office, it is not suitable for remote working. 25 days holiday + bank holidays. Job is available to start immediately.

- Must have a minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
