Duties of the Post
- Coordinate and support the daily operations of retail stores, central kitchen, and wholesale business activities.
- Assist management in implementing company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all business units.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory replenishment, and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Support recruitment processes, staff onboarding, scheduling, and administrative HR tasks.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate communication between stores, warehouse, suppliers, franchise partners, and management teams.
- Assist with order processing, customer enquiries, invoicing, and general business administration.
- Support franchise development activities, including preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and maintaining franchise records.
- Monitor business performance data and prepare regular operational and sales reports.
- Assist in organising staff training sessions, company events, and promotional activities.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to increase productivity and service quality.
- Provide general business support to directors and senior management as required.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all areas of the business.
- Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and business development initiatives.
Salary: Starting from £31,600 per year

- Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-site business environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload efficiently.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, or wholesale operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of stock control, purchasing, and supply chain coordination is advantageous.
- Experience supporting business operations, administration, or project coordination.
- Fluent in English and any Asian language.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, business support, or hospitality management.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
