The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of the overall marketing function, leading the development and execution of a growth-focused marketing strategy. Working closely with the leadership team, you will ensure marketing plays a central role in driving revenue, strengthening brand awareness, and creating meaningful customer engagement.
This is a strategic leadership role, but one that also requires a hands-on approach. You'll be equally comfortable shaping long-term direction and rolling up your sleeves to help make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy to support ambitious business growth targets
- Translate commercial objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans
- Identify new opportunities across acquisition, retention, partnerships, and brand development
- Drive marketing initiatives that contribute directly to revenue growth
Brand Leadership
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
- Ensure a premium, distinctive, and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints
- Champion creativity while maintaining a strong commercial focus
- Continue to strengthen brand awareness and market presence
Performance Marketing & Commercial Impact
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through effective marketing activity
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise marketing performance and return on investment
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
- Establish clear performance metrics and reporting processes
Content, Social Media & Community
- Oversee the development of engaging and impactful content strategies
- Strengthen social media presence and audience engagement

- Ensure content remains aligned with brand identity and business objectives
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic commercial partnerships
- Secure collaborations that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue

Events & Experiential Marketing
- Lead the development of an events and experiential marketing strategy
- Deliver impactful brand activations and customer experiences
- Ensure all events support wider marketing objectives and commercial goals
- Measure and evaluate event performance and effectiveness
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a talented marketing team
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and support
- Help shape future team growth as the business continues to scale
Requirements
We're looking for an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record of driving growth within ambitious consumer-facing businesses.
You will have:
- Previous experience in a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or equivalent senior leadership role
- Strong experience within food and drink, FMCG, hospitality, or premium consumer brands
- A proven ability to scale brands and contribute directly to revenue growth
- Experience operating successfully in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Strong commercial awareness and an analytical mindset
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Deep understanding of modern marketing channels, consumer behaviour, and emerging trends
- Experience across social-first marketing, creator-led content, community building, and digital growth strategies
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- A collaborative and empathetic approach to managing people and teams
