Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Holiday Let Cleaner to join our team for cleaning duties on Mondays and Fridays. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our holiday properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing guests with a clean and welcoming environment. Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of holiday let properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Change bed linen, towels, and replenish toiletries as required.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and polished to meet company standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Restock cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure readiness for incoming guests.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning procedures.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with guests or property owners.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organised and reliable with good time management skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to property maintenance and guest service.
