Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring diners enjoy a memorable experience. Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred, along with a passion for food and hospitality. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where excellent communication and organisational skills are highly valued. All positions are paid, including internships, and provide a chance to develop your skills within the hospitality industry. 7 am - 12 pm. Live-out. Full-training provided.
Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concern.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including tables and side stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills to ensure timely service delivery
- Experience with guest services or upselling techniques is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer experiences is essential
