We are seeking an experienced and passionate Co-Owner & Pastry Chef to join us in launching a brand-new coffee shop in London. As Co-Owner, you will be involved in both the creative and operational aspects of the business, helping shape the vision, menu, and customer experience. You will lead the pastry production, ensuring high-quality baked goods and desserts that complement our coffee offering, while also supporting the daily management of the café.
The successful candidate will have experience in pastry preparation within a café, bakery, or restaurant environment, along with strong organisational and leadership skills. Duties
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.

- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all kitchen activities.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff to enhance their skills in food preparation, cooking, and customer service.
- Monitor customer feedback to continually improve menu offerings and service quality.
- Maintain financial oversight of the restaurant’s operations, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Engage with customers when necessary to promote a welcoming atmosphere and gather feedback.
