SENIOR CARER

We are looking for a Senior care Assistant within Bethshan Nursing Home.
The successful applicant will be responsible for contributing to the efficient running of the home, supporting residents in their daily needs and ensure residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing at all times.
About you:
- You need to be self-motivated and use your own initiative.
- You must enjoy working within a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team is essential.
- Being well organised, adaptable, and approachable in your role.
Essential Skills - NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and Medication Administration training
