What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom during lessons and targeted interventions.
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils stay engaged and on track.
- Assisting teachers in delivering the curriculum and adapting learning for different needs.
- Supporting children with SEN, SEMH, or EAL needs to reach their full potential.
- Helping to create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A graduate with a 2:2 or above science based degree.
- A warm, patient, and caring approach to working with young minds.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- A passion for education and a desire to help children grow and succeed.
- Someone reliable, proactive, and keen to learn on the job.
