Whether you've just graduated, recently changed direction, or are stepping into a career in care for the very first time, we want to hear from you. At Silver Birch Care, we believe the right values, attitude, and commitment matter far more than a CV full of experience.
We'll give you everything you need to succeed — fully funded qualifications, structured training, and the day-to-day support of an experienced team. In return, you'll be making a tangible difference in the lives of children and young people from your very first shift.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: Not required — previous work or volunteering with children, young people, or in a care/support/education context is a bonus, but is not essential
- Qualification: A Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care is preferred. If you don't hold this yet, you will be required to enrol after your probationary period — we fund this qualification in full
- Graduates: Degrees in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Youth Work, or related fields are highly relevant, but all graduates are welcome to apply
- Driving: Full UK driving licence preferred
- You: Empathetic, resilient, enthusiastic, and genuinely motivated to work with young people — that's what matters most
