Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 per annum + £5,000 - £6,000 Tronc
Hours: 45 hours per week

The Role
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding dishes and maintain the high standards expected within a rosette-level operation. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the team, developing junior chefs, and ensuring consistency across every service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a Rosette-level kitchen.
- A genuine passion for food, ingredients, and culinary excellence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working with fresh, seasonal produce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
- A positive attitude and desire to develop both yourself and the team around you.
