As a Internal Sales Executive job duties will include but not limited to:
- Offering a full consultative sales approach to both new and existing customers
- Outbound calling to potential leads
- Closing sales over the phone
- Interaction with walk-in customers
- Using own initiative to target new companies
- Pro-actively calling regular customers to keep them updated on promotions and new product launch.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Working to achieve monthly targets and company KPI’s
- Day to day account management
- General Sales Admin
Requirements:
- Previous Internal sales and Account Management experience is essential (min. 2 years ), preferably in a B2B environment in Security, IT, Networking, Telecommunication field
- Technically minded with a general interest in technology
- Outbound calling/ cold calling experience is required
- Ability to build rapport and relationships early, using a consultative selling style
- Sales driven with a strong work ethic
- Proven track record of longevity
- Results orientated
- Good computers skills in Microsoft and CRM software.
- Attention to details
- Working well under pressure
