We are working with a well-established and growing construction organisation in Guildford that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality schemes across the region.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

Managing projects across all stages, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Overseeing programme management, risk mitigation, and quality control

Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Monitoring project performance and reporting progress to senior leadership

Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
About You

Proven experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability

Experience managing multiple projects or complex schemes

Good understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project planning
