Nursery Assistant – Henley, Oxfordshire RG9
Salary: Up to £25,688 per year | Up to £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 38 hours per week | 4 days | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round
Please note: We cannot accommodate term-time or school-hours working. A driver with access to a vehicle is required.

Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children's learning, development, and play
- Promote children's health, safety, and wellbeing
- Assist with implementing the EYFS framework
- Work collaboratively as part of the nursery team
- Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings for ongoing professional development
About You
- Some previous childcare experience
- Keen to gain a childcare qualification and build a career in Early Years
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible approach
- Creative, motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passionate about supporting children's development
- Eligible to work in the UK
