We’re looking for a dedicated driver to join our team.
Role: Multi-Drop Delivery Driver
Working Hours: Typically 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Start time may vary due to shipment delays at the depot). Weekend work is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver flowers, plants, and other fragile items to multiple locations.
- Handle all products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Maintain a professional and polite demeanour when interacting with customers.
- Adhere to delivery schedules and routes
- Assist with resolving any delivery issues at drop locations.
- Take clear photographs of completed deliveries as proof of delivery.
- Collect and keep track of empty packaging
- Communicate promptly and effectively with the team on ETA, delay or any other issues.
- Care for the company vehicle, ensuring it is kept clean, fuelled, and in good working condition.
Requirements:
- A professional and reliable driver with a valid driver’s license.
- Experience in multi-drop deliveries is preferred.
- Ability to handle delicate items with care and attention.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, weekends and potential delays.
- Basic tech skills to use delivery apps and take photos.
