The Role
Help individuals with physical and learning disabilities thrive! You will provide person-centred care in the community and our respite homes, empowering customers to live safely and independently.
Key Duties
- Daily Support: Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, moving), nutrition, and social activities.
- Complex Care: Safely administer medication and support specific needs (e.g., PEG, stoma, oxygen).
- Safety & Admin: Respond calmly to emergencies, monitor wellbeing, and log updates in our care app.
About You
Experience in care is a bonus (and great for health/social care students!), but a caring heart is essential.
- You are compassionate, reliable, and communicative.
- You are a team player willing to complete a relevant care diploma.
