Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Housing Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting female adults, in their daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This position requires a proactive approach to support, alongside effective communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Engage with clients through various activities that promote learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and any incidents that occur during support sessions.
- Daily welfare checks
- Tenancy sustainment support
- Property inspections and H&S monitoring
- Support with correspondence and appointments linked to tenancy sustainment
- Move-in and move-out coordination
- Crisis response and safeguarding alerts
Skills
- Training in various care skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Ability to develop and follow care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Proficient IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
