Mansfield Prestige Joinery is a small business in building and construction in East Midlands. We are professional and rewarding.
We are looking for a sub contractor joiners to join our team, predominantly we are new build site works covering all of the East Midlands. You must have experience all relevant CSCS cards and insurances and health and safety equipment. You must be able to take on a variety of tasks related to the construction and maintenance of buildings. The successful candidate will need to be able to work on own in a team and have knowledge of new build site work including 1st fix and 2nd fix and roofing, The Joiner should be able to read plans and diagrams, use hand tools and power tools safely, and have an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and has a good understanding of building regulations.
This will be measured price work.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials.
- Use a variety of hand tools to cut, shape, and form wood and other materials.
- Assemble parts into finished products.
- Install finished products in buildings.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- new build 1st fixes and 2nd fixes and roofing
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Must have a valid CSCS card, own tools including a mclass hoover and own van
