Creative Minds Nursery is looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly team in Deal.
We are currently recruiting for:
- Nursery Bank Staff (Flexible zero-hours shifts)
- Lunch Time Assistant (11:15 am – 2:15 pm, Monday to Friday)
These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children aged 3 months to 5 years in a fun, nurturing and supportive environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Supervising children during play, meal and routine times
- Assisting children with personal care where needed
- Helping to maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
- Supporting positive behaviour and emotional well-being
- Working closely with the nursery team to ensure high standards of care
Essential Requirements:
- Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (minimum requirement)
- Experience working with children or within an early years setting
- Caring, positive and reliable attitude
- Good understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to undertake training where required
