At T's Removals and Storage, we are a Belfast/Bangor based company that provide domestic, commercial and cross-channel removal services and we are looking for the ideal candidate to join our small team and help galvanise our business into taking the next step.
This candidate will become a key part of the team, with some opportunity for progression & responsibility as we continue to expand our business over the coming years.

Below of a brief summary of the role and the day to day requirements :
- The removal of furniture and other items from the customer's property on a daily basis, this will include loading & unloading to and from the vehicle, as well as occasional dismantling/reassembling of furniture.
- The delivery of excellent customer service, both in terms of task and engagement with the customer
- Removal of rubbish from customer premises
- Driving our vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
- Working as a team to deliver excellent removal standards on a daily basis
- Other minor duties as requested by the General Manager
* Please note: At times there is a strong physical element to this role, which includes, carrying heavy items, walking up and down stairs and on occasion working in poor weather conditions
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- One years experience in a removals role AND/OR two years experience in a customer service role. Full training will be provided
- A full UK driving license with no more than 3 penalty points
- A passion for delivering high levels of both customer service and operational excellence
- A polite, courteous and warm manner
- The willingness to help grow a small business
- Must be aged 25+ due to vehicle insurance purposes

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
