Do you currently work in the Domiciliary Care sector, as a Senior Care Worker or a Care worker who is looking to progress, then we may have the perfect role for you.
Reporting to the Registered Manager and Care Coordinators, provide a support blanket for our Care workers on the field, completing regular spot checks and competency assessments, as well as monitoring the service in the field to ensure we meet the quality targets of the company. You will also be required to spend a percentage of time completing care calls on the field and ensuring that both Employee and Service User compliance is up to date supporting the office staff.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To represent the Company in a professional manner always, on the telephone, face to face or in written communication.
- To participate in staff, team and review meetings as directed by the Registered Manager.
- To act as a mentor for all new care workers.
- Completing Care hours , working across the Manchester area.
- At the direction of the Registered Manager – to carry out spot checks and Competency Assessments of the Care Workers performance.
- Ensuring that support is given with compliance across the board, meeting both LA and CQC guidelines.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience within the Domiciliary care sector.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Great organisational skills.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
