Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality deep cleaning services across various settings, including residential, commercial, and hospitality environments. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough deep cleaning of designated areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces
- Utilise specialised cleaning equipment and products to ensure optimal results
- Identify areas requiring special attention and implement appropriate cleaning techniques
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times during cleaning procedures
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain a stock of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor
- Adhere to client-specific instructions and customise cleaning services as required
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is advantageous
- Ability to operate specialised cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
