We are recruiting for a Senior Logistics Operations Manager to join a fast-paced and customer-driven operation, leading large-scale inbound and outbound logistics activity within a warehousing environment.

The Role
You will take full operational responsibility for a large logistics function, ensuring customer service, operational performance, cost control, and team engagement targets are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading large operational teams within a busy logistics environment
- Managing inbound and outbound activity to meet customer demand and service expectations
- Driving performance across productivity, safety, quality, and operational KPIs
- Resource and labour planning in line with operational requirements and budgets
- Managing operational costs and identifying efficiency improvements
- Developing a high-performance culture through strong leadership and coaching
- Working closely with key stakeholders to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- Supporting continuous improvement and operational change initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Significant leadership experience within a complex logistics, warehousing, distribution centre, or FMCG environment
- Strong knowledge of customer-led inbound and outbound operations
- Proven experience managing large teams in fast-paced operational settings
- Experience managing budgets and operational resources
- A track record of driving operational improvement and performance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A stable career history showing clear progression and development

Pay: £55,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
