Due to increasing demand, we are looking for an experienced and professional Installer to join our expanding team.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installer who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for installing bespoke steel-look doors, screens, and glazing systems to the highest standards while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every customer.
This is a hands-on role with regular travel across the UK, offering excellent earning potential through overtime and opportunities to grow within the business.
Key Responsibilities
●* Install bespoke steel-look doors, screens, and glazing systems at customer properties*
●* Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard*
●* Liaise professionally with customers on-site and represent the company positively*
●* Carry out final adjustments and quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction*
●* Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition*
●* Travel throughout the UK as required*
●* Work overtime when needed, with uncapped earning potential available*
●* Support other members of the installation team on larger projects*
Candidate Requirements
●* Previous experience in door, glazing, window, carpentry, joinery, or similar installation work*
●* Strong practical skills and excellent attention to detail*
●* Ability to work independently and as part of a team*
●* Professional and customer-focused attitude*
●* Full UK driving licence (essential)*
●* Fluent English communication skills*
●* Ability to speak Polish would be highly advantageous*
●* Willingness to travel and work overtime when required*

Pay: £24,420.00-£50,220.05 per year
