Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating property sales and lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, guiding them through the process from initial enquiry to completion
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers between buyers, tenants, and landlords to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Prepare and review relevant documentation, including tenancy agreements and sales contracts
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions using organisational systems
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals involved in property transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Promote properties through various marketing channels, including online listings and social media platforms
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience within a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a broad client base
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in property sales or lettings is advantageous but not mandatory; full training will be provided for the right candidate
