Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills, an understanding of food safety, and the ability to deliver high standards of food production and preparation while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Duties
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Ensure all food preparation meets safety and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food production processes to maintain quality control and consistency in every dish served.
Qualifications
- Strong team skills with the ability to work independently with initiative.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, food production processes, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Working hours:
Have the ability to work from 7/7.30am-2/3pm.
Hours can be flexible depending upon availability.
