ROLE: Communications Manager
HOURS: Full Time, 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Glasgow, Scotland

We're looking for a Communications Manager who will lead the design and delivery of communications across mobilisation, transition and into Business as Usual (BAU), ensuring colleagues, clients and stakeholders remain informed, engaged and supported throughout the full lifecycle of the contract.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end communications across mobilisation, transition and into BAU, ensuring continuity of messaging and colleague engagement.
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive mobilisation and transition communications strategy, including key messages, plans, FAQs, welcome materials and ongoing BAU engagement activity.
- Translate complex operational, contractual and technical information into clear, accessible and engaging communications for diverse audiences.
- Support colleague experience through change and stabilisation, ensuring communications remain empathetic, inclusive and aligned to Mitie values.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading communications across mobilisation, transition and/or business-as-usual environments, ideally within complex or regulated services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and influence senior leaders through change and stabilisation phases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for operational audiences.
