Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and redirect them appropriately, maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Manage the reception area, including handling mail, deliveries, and general enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and organise files to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Support various administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and preparing documents.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication within the organisation.
Skills
- Proven office experience demonstrating organisational skills and professionalism.
- Strong administrative skills including data management, filing systems, and document preparation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: £24,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
