About you

CIPD Level 5 qualification or above

Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments

Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office

Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and discreetly
What you'll do

Support attendance & absence management, working with managers to reduce absenteeism and support employee wellbeing

Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for operational and office roles

Assist in performance management activities and employee development programmes

Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll processes when necessary

Promote engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives

Ensure adherence to HR policies, legal standards, and support HR compliance activities
