SNM Medway Logistics is a proud Amazon Delivery Service Partner operating from DBR1 ( Amazon Depot, Erith, DA17 6AS). We provide the van, fuel, insurance, training and route support, so you can focus on earning and delivering safely.
We are currently offering a £200 New Driver Performance Bonus for new drivers who meet our attendance and performance standards.

£200 New Driver Performance Bonus
New drivers can qualify for a £200 bonus after completing their first 15 shifts, provided all the below conditions are met:
- Complete 15 shifts
- Scorecard performance must be Great or above for all qualifying shifts
- Delivery Success Rate / DCR must be above 99.2%
- No no-shows or last-minute cancellations
- Complete at least 2 Sundays between the start date and the 15th completed shift
- No damage to the van during the qualifying period
The bonus is paid after the 15 completed shifts, once attendance and performance data has been checked and confirmed.
A typical day
Arrive at the Erith depot at 11:30. Your van is loaded and your route is already planned. You will deliver parcels across a defined local area and be back at base at the end of your shift. No cold calling, no surprises, just solid, reliable work with a supportive team behind you.
Main requirements
- Full manual UK or EU driving licence held for at least 1 year
- At least 1 year experience driving vans and/or working in delivery roles
- Willing to work weekends, including Sundays when required
- Valid Right to Work in the UK
- Physically capable of handling the demands of delivery work
- No more than 6 points on your driving licence
- Clean criminal record
- No driving disqualification in the past 36 months
- Due to commercial vehicle insurance requirements, we can only consider applicants aged 21+
Delivery areas
Routes may cover areas such as:
Bexleyheath, Thamesmead, Abbey Wood, Plumstead, Belvedere, Welling and surrounding areas.
