Sales Executive – Office-Based, Lancing - Worthing

Role Overview:
- Full-time, office-based (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)
- Start as a lead generator; cold calling to generate new business
- Close deals in 1–2 calls
- Hit weekly/monthly sales targets with full training and support

- Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
- Able to handle rejection and stay motivated

Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary up to £35K (DOE)
- Uncapped commission – OTE £40K–£70K
