Established in 2009, TECL is a growing passive fire protection specialist delivering fire stopping, compartmentation, fire doors, acoustic sealing and associated compliance works across the UK.
We work with major contractors, public sector organisations and blue-chip clients nationwide, and due to continued growth we are looking to strengthen our sales team with an ambitious and driven Sales Executive.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships and helping to grow our presence across key sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
- Developing relationships with contractors, consultants, housing providers and end clients.
- Securing framework agreements and long-term contracts.
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts.
- Conducting face-to-face and virtual client meetings.
- Identifying opportunities for additional services and repeat business.
- Working closely with our estimating and operational teams to deliver client solutions.
- Preparing quotations and supporting tender submissions.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous sales, business development or account management experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, self-motivated and resilient attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and a desire to win business.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- Experience within construction, passive fire protection or a related industry.
- Experience developing new business and managing key accounts.
- Experience working with framework agreements and large commercial projects.
