Summary
Your role as a Passive Fire Contracts Manager is vital in overseeing fire protection projects, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service. Based in from home, you will lead installation teams and coordinate efforts to uphold our company's standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee passive fire protection contracts from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations and standards.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools.
- Experienace & ability to generate quoations to client's assigned to you.
- Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and report on project performance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication.
- Promote health and safety practices across all project sites.
- Assist in the development of new business opportunities within the passive fire sector.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing fire protection projects is a MUST.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driving license.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards is preferred.
- Ability to lead teams effectively under pressure.

Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
