We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Coach specialising in Martial Arts to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering engaging martial arts training sessions suitable for various skill levels.
- Support lead coaches in supervising students during classes, ensuring safety and discipline are maintained.
- Provide personalised guidance and encouragement to students to help them improve their techniques and confidence.
- Maintain a clean and organised training environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and well-maintained.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere that promotes learning and enjoyment.
- Support administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and student progress reports as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sports coaching or martial arts teaching is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of martial arts techniques and training methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages.
- Organised with good time management skills to support effective session delivery.
- Passionate about teaching, sports development, and helping others achieve their potential.
- A recognised qualification or certification in martial arts or coaching is advantageous but not essential.
