We are looking for a well-organised and proactive individual to assist our Director and support our senior team, ensuring the smooth operation of our Manchester office.
Job Summary:
This role is key in supporting the Director and managing the daily operations of our Manchester office. You will be required to work from the office five days a week (Monday-Friday) 9am-5:30pm. This is a diverse role that demands great organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Executive Support:
- Provide full administrative support to the Director.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, for the Director.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations if needed.
- Help plan and organise company events such as conferences.
- Manage logistics for other staff events, including team days and Christmas parties.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
Education and Experience:
We are seeking a candidate with drive and a willingness to learn. This opportunity is open to all including recent graduates and those with experience in marketing or office management.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with office management software and tools is a plus.
