We are looking to increase our Aftersales team at our Wigan VW dealership to provide an outstanding service for our customers:
You will be the first point of contact with our customers and should present a friendly and knowledgeable manner advising them of their service plans and requirements
Main responsibilities include:
Provide a professional and well-informed contact point for all customers
Book service and repair work whilst ensuring workshop and parts availability.
To keep customers fully informed of progress and advise of extra work required.
To organise loan car bookings
To invoice on time and accurately and all warranty transactions are submitted and invoiced daily
Maintain accurate customer records on manufacturer and internal systems whilst maintaining GDPR and legal compliance
To make telephone follow-up / Up sell / Progress calls
To convert as many inbound / outbound calls into bookings as possible
Assist customers on self-serve bookings

Hours are Monday to Friday 08.00 to 6pm
