We have recently been successful in securing a number of new contracts in addition to the expansion of existing responsive repairs & maintenance contracts are now in need of experienced flat roofers with the ability to carry out temporary repairs and full reroofs to garages, outhouses and bay windows. These works will take place on various social housing properties in addition to full flat roofing schemes on commercial properties and schools. These felt roofing positions offer immediate start dates for the right candidates.
CSCS Card, evidence of experience and trade qualifications and full, clean, driving licence are essential, but all other training is provided. In addition candidates will need to go through DBS checks as work will involve working on some vulnerable tenants properties and/or schools.
These roles are demanding, requiring a high standard of work, in addition to thorough trades skills, you will also need to have excellent verbal communication skills, written communication skills, the ability to follow clear instructions on the delivery of the contracts, attention to detail and the ability to work safely.
Salary is negotiable, overtime and bonuses available to the right candidates, with possible progression to site supervisor/manager.
