We are seeking a dedicated People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role is integral to supporting organisational development, employee engagement, and HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR systems, assisting with data entry, and facilitating effective communication across departments. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR information systems
- Assist in the administration of employee records, onboarding processes, and offboarding procedures through efficient data entry and documentation
- Support recruitment activities by managing applicant tracking systems, and liaising with candidates
- Manage social media platforms to promote organisational culture and employer branding initiatives
- Facilitate internal communication efforts by preparing newsletters, announcements, and other HR-related content
- Organise and support training programmes, workshops, and employee engagement events
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects aimed at enhancing workplace policies and practices
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation related to human resources activities
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred
- Experience with data entry and management within ATS or CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively liaise across teams and external partners
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
