About the Role
We Get Any Stock Ltd is a fast-moving FMCG wholesale business, and we're looking for someone experienced and switched-on to join our Luton team as an Admin / Buyer. This isn't a sit-quietly-and-file-things kind of role — you'll be right in the middle of the action, keeping the office running, supporting procurement, and making sure things don't fall through the cracks.

What You'll Be Doing
- Handling day-to-day admin — emails, calls, correspondence, keeping records tidy
- Supporting the buying/procurement side of the business, including liaising with suppliers
- Data entry and maintaining accurate stock or order records
- Coordinating with internal teams to make sure things move smoothly
- Managing office supplies and keeping the workspace running properly
- General documentation and any other tasks the business needs from you
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a buying admin. This is essential
- Someone reliable, organised, and able to manage their own workload without being chased
- Good written and verbal communication — you'll be dealing with people internally and externally
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working in a wholesale, retail, or FMCG environment is a bonus
- Professional, punctual, and easy to work with
- Must be able to commute to Luton before starting — this is a fully in-person role
