Responsibilities

- Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and in good working order.
- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a hospitality setting.
- Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of various cooking techniques.
