Chef - Scottys At Otium
Scottys At Otium are looking for a passionate and talented Chef to join our growing team. Specialising in bottomless brunches, events and a changing à la carte menu, we’re searching for someone who can bring creativity, flair and personality to our kitchen.
Our menu includes wood fired pizzas, pasta, steaks, burgers, fresh seafood & tapas, with a strong focus on fresh flavours and consistent quality.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and cooking high quality dishes across our rotating menu
- Taking an active role in menu development and seasonal specials
- Supporting our bottomless brunch and event catering service
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, presentation and safety
- Working closely with the management team to deliver outstanding service
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Passionate about fresh ingredients and great flavours
- Confident across multiple sections (or eager to learn!)
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Creative, reliable and a genuine team player
