Job Title: Cook
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes from an established menu while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Days of work
Sunday to Monday Between 18-30 hours
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to a consistent standard
- Ensure all dishes are presented according to company guidelines
- Manage stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
- Work efficiently under pressure, particularly during busy service periods
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Occasionally support front-of-house operations as needed
Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards (essential)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computer systems for stock management
- Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Barista experience or willingness to learn front-of-house duties
Training & Development
Full training will be provided on company standard operating procedures to ensure you are set up for success in the role.
