Support Worker
Location: Pathway West (St Josephs, Childwall Park Av, Lichfield and Liverpool ICS)
Salary: £27,350 per year, pro rata
Nugent is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to support the day‑to‑day operations across our Pathway West Services. These include:
St Joseph’s, a specialist rehabilitation service supporting individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries, Strokes, Acquired Brain Injuries, and a wide range of neurological conditions.
Childwall Park Avenue, a supported living service for young adults with Physical and Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs.
Lichfield Close, a specialised supported living service for individuals with Autism and Mental Health needs.
Liverpool ICS, a unique service focused on enabling individuals to access their local community independently, empowering them to build confidence and enhance their quality of life.

Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:
Essential:
Ability to assist with personal care while maintaining independence, privacy, and dignity.
Desirable:
Previous healthcare experience, ideally supporting individuals with complex needs (physical and learning disabilities).
Hours: Contracts available 19.5 Hours or 39 Hours
Benefits:
30 days paid annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after three years in service.
