We are looking for an experienced and motivated Plasterer to join our growing team. We work on a variety of residential and commercial projects and have built our reputation on delivering high-quality workmanship, exceptional cleanliness, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of plastering to a high professional standard.
- Prepare surfaces and complete plastering work efficiently and to agreed deadlines.
- Maintain exceptionally clean and tidy work areas before, during, and after completion of works.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, tenants, and other trades.
- Represent the company positively on every project.
- Identify issues proactively and take ownership of finding solutions.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Be willing to learn and assist with other services offered by the company where required.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plasterer.
- Own tools and transport.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
- Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work cleanly and respectfully within occupied homes and commercial properties.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
