A growing law firm in Worthing is looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal to join its established and highly regarded Private Client department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Private Client experience who is looking to build on their knowledge while working alongside experienced solicitors in a supportive and collaborative environment.
You'll have the opportunity to manage a small caseload under supervision while assisting on a wide range of matters for individuals and families. The team prides itself on delivering a personal service and has built a strong reputation for long-standing client relationships across the local area.
The role will include exposure to:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust matters
- Court of Protection work
- Client meetings and correspondence
- Preparing legal documentation and assisting with file management
