The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in helping landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process while supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to tenant enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Processing tenancy applications and associated documentation
- Supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy process
- Managing utility notifications and related administration
- Advertising available properties across online platforms
- Taking high-quality photographs and creating engaging property listings
- Maintaining accurate records and undertaking general office administration
- Assisting with additional property management and lettings duties as required
About You

Essential Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems
Desirable
- Experience in lettings, estate agency, sales, administration, or customer service
- Knowledge of the residential property sector
- Full UK Driving Licence

Working Hours
- Two-week rotating pattern:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday
- Hours as per business requirements
