We're looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our Hall Green team. We offer flexible shifts from full-time to part-time, and term-time only options.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do. Nurturing curiosity, encouraging independence, and celebrating every milestone.
Your days will be filled with laughter, learning, and purpose as you:
- Deliver rich, play-based experiences that inspire children to explore and learn through fun.
- Support each child’s individual journey through high-quality interactions and observations.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Create an inclusive, safe, and stimulating environment where every child feels they belong.
- Work as part of a caring, collaborative team to deliver the EYFS to the highest standards.
- Contribute ideas and creativity to bring AppleKids to life every day!
About You
You’re the kind of person who lights up a room with energy, kindness, and a genuine love for helping children grow.
You’ll have:
- A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
- A positive, proactive approach with great teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion, patience, and a can-do attitude that makes children feel valued and secure.
