You will need:
- Full and Relevant Level 3 (ideally Level 5 or above) Early Years qualification
- Proven experience of leadership within in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
- Experience with working with children from birth to five
