What You'll Be Doing

- Managing customer orders and after-sales enquiries from start to finish
- Building strong relationships and delivering a first-class customer experience
- Identifying customer needs and providing proactive solutions
- Investigating and resolving issues while maintaining ownership throughout
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Acting as the voice of the customer, highlighting opportunities for improvement
- Maintaining accurate customer records and system updates
- Managing multiple priorities while consistently delivering excellent service
What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or customer care role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM, ERP or other business systems
- A collaborative approach and genuine passion for helping customers
