We're looking for 2-3 part-time enthusiastic, reliable and friendly Escape Room Hosts to join our brand-new team at Trapped In Time.
As an Escape Room Host, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. From welcoming teams and setting the scene to monitoring games and resetting rooms, you'll help ensure every visit is memorable from start to finish.
No previous escape room experience is required. Full paid training will be provided. We're looking for people with the right attitude, an excellent work ethic and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver engaging pre-game briefings.
- Explain game rules and ensure guests understand how to play safely.
- Monitor games and provide hints when required while maintaining an immersive experience.
- Reset escape rooms to an exceptional standard between bookings.
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the customer journey.
- Handle guest enquiries professionally and confidently.
- Work independently while maintaining consistently high standards.

Hours
This is a weekend role, so availability on Saturdays and Sundays is essential.
Typical operating hours are approximately:
- Saturday: 10:00am to 9:00pm-9:30pm
- Sunday: 10:00am to 8:00pm-8:30pm
We're currently finalising our rota, so shifts may be offered as either full-day or half-day shifts.
